0 Calorie Foods

I am just thinking about different foods and stuffs that could help me to have alittle more of a comfortable journey back to Oz than I would have if I had to leave today... I have notice that I have been very very tired and sluggish of late. Its not being helped of course, by the stress of my new job.

So these foods, I have found take more energy to digest than is in them ... the rule is ... always burn more energy than consume and you will find yourself on the road to a slimmer you ... Hrmmm its a thought to think and ponder.

How about this idea ... taking these 0 calorie foods and turning them into soups... soups apparently supress the appetite longer than just eating food and then drinking water with the meal...
Picture this ... you pour all the vegies out of a saucepan through a sieve ... the water passes quickly, leaving the vegies there, yeah?

Now picture this ... pureeing all the vegies with the water and pouring through the sieve ... takes a lot longer to drain because of the bulk n mass. (Just think of the last time you tried to puree a food without a food processor!! or making that raspberry couli!!)
